What can I say except Thank You! From the bottom of my heart, Thank You!
This note is long past due. I wish I was as timely as the two of you are! You once asked me what made you different from other agents. Well... having had a less than pleasant encounter with an agent prior to enlisting the two of you, I can say from experience that there are many differences. There are so many excellent qualities that you both bring to a home buyer.
Hmmm... where shall I start?
Trust: I had the utmost confidence in the both of you in maintaining my best interests, as a first time home buyer as well as your client, in mind during all aspects of the home buying process.
Integrity: Webster defines integrity as a "firm adherence to a code of esp. moral or artistic values: incorruptibility". I think that says it all! I practice integrity in my business and personal life, I always appreciate working with others who do the same!
Communication: Not only did you listen to me, but you shared information with me. Thank you for listening to what I wanted in a home and what was important to me during the awesome adventure of purchasing my first home! And thank you for sharing important information and valuable insights based on your knowledge and expertise in the field.
Attention to detail: There was not even one slightest little detail that was unnoticed throughout this venture! You took care of every possible item that could have popped up and always in a timely fashion! Kudos!
No pressure: There was a time during the process when I needed a break. I just could not look at one more house. Neither one of you pressured me to keep looking. You both were so respectful of my need for a break. But, when I was ready to get back to it, you were both right there when I needed you, without hesitation!
Care: All the extra nice touches that you bring to a client made me feel special. As if I was your only client, although I surely was not! And although I could not afford to spend much money on my first home, I always felt as though I was your most important client! It takes very special people to have each and every client feel as though they were your most important!
Fun: Through all the intensity and decision making, you both succeeded in keeping things fun and positive. I tried so hard to take a business approach to the whole thing, thinking that would make it easier. Deep down inside I was agonizing over the overwhelming fact that I was making the largest, most important purchase of my life. I am certain you could not tell, but I actually did have some fun during the whole thing! Thanks for keeping it fun, positive and full of energy!
I am so elated that I enlisted the two of you to help me find my house! I was so discouraged after the 'other' agent I had, that I was positive I would never buy a house, it was just not worth the trouble. Well, I am happy to say that you two made the difference! We have been looking for a house for the last two years (if not more) and we just have not found agents that we felt comfortable with.
